Surrounded by Järvsö’s magical nature
Our retreat centre is located close to Järvsöklack’s beautiful nature reserve. A mythical mountain for the area but also for the Peruvian paqos that we have taken to Järvsö for many years.
The facility consists of a large main building and two houses with a total of 19 large guest rooms, each with its own unique character. Helsingegården’s idea is that everyone should be able to come here and share the same experience regardless of wallet. Therefore, both simple and cozy hostel rooms or finer hotel rooms are offered.
HOTEL
The hotel rooms are tastefully decorated with old Swedish wallpaper, shower/wc, kettle and Apple TV.
There is both full board in single rooms and full board with part in multi-bed rooms. Incl. breakfast lunch dinner. Coffee, tea and snacks are available a couple of times a day.
HOSTEL
All rooms are equipped with sinks and spacious wardrobes. In the living area there are also two kitchens with a dining room, a communal sauna and a TV room. There are both full board with single rooms and full board with part in multi-bed rooms. Incl. breakfast lunch dinner. Coffee, tea and snacks are available a couple of times a day.
To relax and enjoy yourself during the course, you can choose to book bed linen and towels. You can also choose to book for final cleaning.
The food is prepared with the heart and with great knowledge of locally grown and healthy food.
Breakfast buffet with home-baked bread, porridge, scrambled eggs, bacon and other goodies. There are of course alternatives for those who are vegetarian, vegan or lactose and gluten intolerant. Please let us know in good time if you have food preferences or allergies. They mainly use organically produced goods.
ALL BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH HELSINGEGÅRDEN
Helsingegården holds rooms for our groups and you need to book your room no later than two weeks before the start of the course, as Helsingegården then releases our preliminary bookings for others.
In some cases, it is possible to arrive the day before and/or stay a day longer, if you wish this is booked in connection with registration. If you want to share a room with a specific person, you can make the booking together or we ask you to contact Helsingegården well in advance of the start of the course.

Even if you will not be staying with us on site, you need to contact Helsingegården and book external accommodation. This costs from SEK 3 950 for six days with breakfast, lunch, dinner and two coffee breaks and includes Helsegården’s overhead costs. This also applies if you do not eat on site.
We always warmly recommend that you live with us on the course farm so that you can get away from home and out of your everyday life, patterns and the roles that we identify with in our everyday life. This is because the courses are a great gift for your personal development and journey and to give the greatest effect. These are long and intense days where the students usually want to sleep over at the centre.
If you want the booking to be in your company name, we ask you to complete the registration with this name/address so that the correct information appears on the receipt and other documents. Helsingegården has full rights with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. During the course, which consists of personal development, according to our experience, it is not beneficial to consume alcohol or other drugs during the course week. This takes you out of the internal processes that the course is so beautifully designed to create. Out of respect and compassion for you and your fellow students.
