Conditions for course participation

By accepting this, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions for participating in the course.
A course for your self-healing and the path to becoming a healer of the Inca shamanic tradition and steward of its tools.

These terms and conditions have been developed through previous experience and are intended to enable us to follow your education and personal journey in a smooth and secure manner.

It is important for us to preserve this ancient tradition and the energy medicine we practice together with the Q’ero people and which Victor Forselius, as an appointed paqo, is permitted to teach to Q’ero shamans.

• You agree never to teach techniques or approaches you learn on the courses.
  You are welcome to share and disseminate your experiences and lessons from the courses to others and practice what you have learned but not to teach techniques and approaches yourself. This is to avoid influencing and preparing others for the healing processes that they too will encounter if and when they may choose to take this training. This also ensures that age-old techniques are not taught in the wrong way.
• You agree never to copy the structure and/or content of this training to teach this tradition yourself.
  We take the tradition very seriously and are a bridge between the teachings of the Q’ero people and energy medicine and have created this particular model and concept for teaching. Our mission is to share it with the world without changing it. To allow an ancient language of healing and ceremony to continue in its pure and unadulterated form and not become a Western-interpreted dialect.
• You agree to maintain confidentiality about what is shared in the courses and not share the names of course participants, personal items shared, and various processes about other participants with third parties. With us, everyone should feel safe to openly share their journey, processes, and insights without worrying that it will be spread further.
• You intend to complete your education with us.
  You are aware that education programs that consist of multiple course sessions (such as the Medicine Wheel, Master Courses, or Shamanic Training of Q’ero Medicine) are designed to be completed. Each sub-course has been created for its own purpose and the best results are achieved if all are completed. You may choose to drop out and leave your education incomplete at any time, but you hereby agree to your intention to complete all courses in your education, including any associated coaching phone calls, ceremony evenings, and remote meditations.
• You confirm that you will pay the full course fee no later than two weeks before the course starts. If you book your course within 14 days, you will pay the invoice as soon as you receive it. The exception is if you have agreed otherwise with CondorSonqo, in which case you confirm here that you will fulfill that agreement.
  You also confirm our cancellation policy which states that you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the registration date for online purchases. You will then be invoiced a fee of 10% of the invoice value, for administration and granting of the course place.
  It is your own responsibility to contact us if you are missing an invoice.
• You acknowledge that the course is designed for multiple participants and is not tailored to individual personal needs.
  We are here for everyone and want to share your journey with you, but we cannot adapt the course structure if someone has specific requests. You also understand that the commitment of the course leaders must be shared equally among all participants. If accessibility adjustments are needed, please contact us in advance so that we can accommodate your needs.
• You acknowledge your understanding that Victor Forselius is not available for personal contact outside of the course or other scheduled times.
  On our website you will find the correct ways to contact us and during our courses we will inform you which organizers or sponsors you should contact. To contact Marie Palmlöf, she can only be reached at hello@condorsonqo.com.
  Telephone calls and distance ceremonies are included in certain courses and are then stated on the course page, but you are aware that if you book other healing sessions with Victor Forselius or assistants, this is not included in the course price.
• You are aware that during the course we work with the body and energy field where you will be touched by other and different tools.
  During the training we will carry out demonstrations and healing exercises by teachers, assistants or fellow students. For example, stones will be touched and placed on energy points such as the heart chakra (chest), stomach and root chakra. If you are not comfortable with this, you certify to share this before the exercise.
• You acknowledge your own responsibility for your processes and belongings.
  CondorSonqo is not responsible or liable for any mental or physical illness that occurs during or after the course. CondorSonqo is also not responsible for any personal belongings that are left behind or lost or damaged during the course.
• You certify to share with CondorSonqo before the start of the course if you suffer or have suffered from mental illness or abuse.
  You certify to share if you have diagnoses such as borderline, schizophrenia, are bipolar, have suffered from psychotic periods or long-term severe depression. You also certify to share if you have or have had addiction to or abuse of alcohol and/or drugs. It is also important for us to know if you are taking or have taken medication for any of these illnesses or similar.

  This information about you is confidential and is not intended to limit your healing journey. We will not keep or identify you with this. This is only so that we can understand and feel if this journey is in the best service for you. Energy medicine is powerful and we lift many parts from the subconscious to awareness to create healing, closure and new life maps. It is therefore important for us to be able to keep you from the right place.

• You agree that CondorSonqo can decide about your participation during the course.
  CondorSonqo may consider and share with you the processes, challenges and opportunities we see in you and whether this path is in flow with your personal process. You also understand that CondorSonqo may decide whether you must leave the course or training.
