I’ve probably always been described as a ray of sunshine, someone who sees everything and everyone and wants to illuminate whatever is in front of me.
But somewhere in my childhood, a darkness moved in that was diagnosed as chronic anxiety in my teens. I never wanted to be alone when those dark thoughts took over, while it was hard to be around people with all the anxiety about things that were said and happened. It all became unbearable but with medication and therapy manageable.
Living with anxiety forced me to learn about myself and the human psyche, its darkness and patterns. I began to study myself and others, how different thoughts, feelings and events affect me, both short-term and long-term. A work I am still passionate about.
The soul’s calling
The call of the soul within was still strong and in 2011 I became a stylist and traveled around the fashion weeks in Paris and Milan before settling in New York and becoming a PR manager at a showroom. It was a fantastic life but without time for reflection and that is also how I stifled the voice within, to avoid feeling. In the end the house of cards fell and that was my salvation.
Back in Sweden in 2018, I became a marketing consultant in the real estate industry and was soon responsible for the marketing of several shopping malls around the country.
I also met love in the shaman Victor Forselius. He talked about how the universe held together and responded in a way I then understood that I had always known. It was perhaps the first time I heard it but it felt like something I had always known and longed for, a grateful reminder. From there began a whole new journey to get to know myself again from a whole new place.
THE MEDICINE WHEEL
The medicine wheel with Victor and CondorSonqo gave me a relationship with the present that I didn’t even know I was missing, I had always been chased by the past, stressed by the future. Time and I were never enough. But suddenly I could stop, feel the present, gratitude and trust. Somewhere along the journey, my anxiety was also healed. The wounds and darkness I had carried and hidden for so long were transformed and instead became my greatest and strongest sources of strength. From the ashes grew an incredible self-love, will, power and trust in myself and life. Seeing yourself and life from here is incredibly beautiful and grateful, I feel that I am everything I need and live in abundance.
Above all, a longing was awakened to spread what I now hold.

NINA CHASKA
~ BRIGHT BURNING STAR ~
In 2023 something big happened when I received my spiritual name from my partner and shaman Victor Forselius: Nina Chaska, which in Quechua (the language of the Q’ero people) means roughly bright burning star. One’s spiritual name comes to the shaman in ceremony and is very simply the answer to the question of one’s journey.
Nina Chaska is a guiding star who helps others find their way home. She stands for being very powerful but also being able to choose when to be and, above all, with a tremendous ability to transform darkness into light.
For me, it’s about giving the heaviest, darkest and most secret thing as fuel to the fire and transforming it into a source of power, a springboard. Rewriting your nightmare into a heroic tale where you are proud to play the main role.
I have always been a powerful person but unfortunately have not always taken responsibility for it, something I am proud to work on now. I want to highlight others and above all help them at their own pace to see and discover their potential and spread their light that best feeds them.
Like fire, many are drawn to me, they feel warmth and see things in me, that’s exactly what I want.

Works equally well remotely, you at your place and I at mine over the phone. Since we work in energy, the result is the same. However, the first time we want to meet in person.

I have a degree in marketing and management from Berkeley College in NYC and a long and broad experience in several industries and marketing assignments. Creativity is the language of the soul and for me there is nothing more fun than creating ads, campaigns, building brands and creating strategies and following the journey of development and success.
At CondorSonqo, I have been in charge of marketing, creating strategies and materials, and managing our website since 2021. It’s a fantastic job with such a great company and incredible community!
