INITIATIONS
There is a big difference between rites and initiations. Rites are linked to particular places and energies. Initiations are a deep commitment to yourself, your inner home and how you experience the cosmos. Initiations are a sacred commitment where the energy goes deep and works within you, transforming your life for over six months.
The initiations are about reconnecting with the soul and the source of our life. To come home and find one’s home both within and outside of us in relation to the cosmos. The initiations open our three great power centers and lift our soul to find the gifts we carry within us in awareness. This opens up a new path to love from a deeper place, seeing with clear vision and dreaming your dream to then manifest these aspects through sacred action.
HATUN KARPAY: THE GREAT INITIATION

Hatun Karpay and the three great initiations are the basis of the tradition of becoming whole, walking the path, and opening the ability to heal others from a whole place.
Awakening these three major power centers brings us into deeper contact with getting to know ourselves and our emotions.
Hatun Karpay is said to be the greatest commitment we have to ourselves, the universe and to the tradition. To receive these traditional rites from our mentors as an initiation to walk as stewards of all life on Earth. As shamans, we also learn to give and pass on the energy as it has been passed down in the same way through an unbroken lineage of medicine men and women for thousands of years.
As in all healings and when we enter into ceremony, we work in sacred space. Before we start, we always ask permission from your soul for you to receive this initiation and with the permission of the universe we then begin the initiation.
MUNAY KARPAY
Munay: Love in relation to the deepest vibrations of our hearts.

Munay Karpay is the first of the three major initiations where we use medicine stones from the mesa (medicinebundle/ a portable altar) to transfer the energy of the universe to you.
This initiation is in touch with the energy of the sun, mountains, mother earth, love and deep vibrations of our hearts. A place of sacred power, inner strength and in touch with our inner temple of emotions. Here we focus on opening the nine temples of the heart we all are carrying within us. According to the Q’ero shamanic tradition, every human being carries seeds in their hearts. Seeds that are in touch with our inner gifts of power, love and wisdom. Here we bring back the essential pieces of yourself, that you may have lost in moments of trauma and integrate these with the soul.
We are all born with a seed of love within us and when the power of munay comes to you, this seed of love is reawakened. Through this initiation we illuminate all the seeds so that they can begin to grow and blossom.
You receive sacred power and warmth through the power of the Andes and we use the life force of the breath to bring in sacred wind that activates and transfers the powerful energies. The initiation reconnects you with the ancestors and also helps you get in touch with past lives.
Victor walks and is initiated through the Inca shamanic tradition, walking side by side with the medicine women and men who have walked the path before him. A lineage of shamans who have stepped outside of time and with whom you now also gain a deep relationship through the initiation.
YACHAY KARPAY
Yachay: Seeing with clarity and being in touch with your dreams.

Yachay Karpay is the second of the three great initiations where we again use medicine stones to transfer the energy of the universe to you.
During this initiation, we work with four new forces and no longer with e.g. the mountains or mother earth. We work with four great spirits of four birds that are important power animals in the tradition. These spirits are guides and teachers within us but also outside of us.
The initiation is related to wisdom and opens/activates the power of the client’s third eye. Here a deep connection with vision and clarity is created by transmitting the energy of the cosmos through the third eye. This lifts away the fog that hides your inner truth and clarity about the path you are walking through life.
WE USE FOUR STONES LINKED TO THE FOUR GREAT POWER ANIMALS OF VISION:
THE CONDOR
Is a neutral and universal bird of vision in touch with the light of the universe and the upper world. During the initiation, the condor’s sacred vision and grounding energies are brought into you. The condor flies high but always steady and it teaches us to see through impeccability.
THE EAGLE
Maintains sharper vision than the condor but does not fly as high. Here, sacred sun is brought into your third eye to activate and strengthen your seeing ability. To become a good seer by activating two glands in your brain with the light of the sacred sun. Bringing sharper vision also in touch with the path you walk on earth, your own true path.
THE OWL
Works during the night and supports you in darkness and in your work to heal and see your shadow sides within your body. Shadow sides are the parts within yourself that you haven’t seen, healed or processed yet. It helps us see our fears and what is happening beyond the darkness. It also provides more stability and takes us on a deep journey. The owl flies during the hours of the night and is the visionary of the night.
THE FALCON
Flying through the light of day, it represents stability and the energy of grounding. This energy helps you walk on mother earth with beauty and through stability. Shamans always strive to walk steadily on the earth, with trust and stability. The Inca Shamanic energy medicine is a path of great and deep trust.
LLANKAY KARPAY
Llankay: Our Center and Sacred Action Through How We Walk the Earth.

Llankay Karpay is the third of the three great initiations where medicine stones are again used to transfer the energy of the universe to you.
Here we work with the power of the four great elements: fire, wind, water and earth. We create roots in contact with the trees and nature’s energy to form a new process of growing within you. Here we strengthen and rebuild the seven bubbles of rainbow colored light that keep you in your energy field. When this wall of protection is strengthened, it helps you to start believing in yourself and your actions again.
This Initiation is in deep contact with sacred action and your spiritual as well as physical center. It will affect your journey of how you create, manifest and move forward in life. If you are lost, this energy will bring you back to the clarity of the path you are meant to walk.
Here we also work with an important part of the anatomy of the energy field in the navel area, namely the gold disc. The gold disc is in direct contact with your identification and memories that affect every cell in your body and your DNA helix. Here it is activated and rewrites the information that affects how you find guidance in life. We bring back the connection between your soul and your inner identification, the memories before you were born, the memories of why you chose this life at this time. This karpay is the final initiation into deep contact with helping the soul to find its way and to express its inner truth.
It helps you to walk the path of our ancestors without blockages and to walk the path through the Q’ero tradition.
