upcoming courses
This is part four of four in an already ongoing medicine wheel. To begin this amazing training look for part one; south. You will find it under courses in the menu. You who have passed the first three parts are now warmly welcome to the last course, see you in the east!
Remember that you need to bring:
- Outdoor clothing: Be prepared for evening ceremonies and outdoor activities. You may need a jacket, boots, rain gear, flashlight, etc.
- Comfortable clothes: Much of the course and work takes place indoors on chairs, the floor & the massage table. You can of course also bring your own massage table if you wish to use it.
- Clothes for ceremonial evenings like a nice dress or shirt.
- Your mesa.
- Pendulum.
- Three stones that bring a full mesa to life, a Kurak Akullek mesa.
- Drum or rattle if you have one.
- Two small gifts – you receive traditional rites during ceremony and it is common for the recipient to bring a small token of their appreciation for balance and ayni.
- Pen and notepad.
